Randall Thomas
Randall is a Jacksonville-based connector, recruiter, and media builder. A Navy veteran, he serves as a Senior Resource Manager at Kavaliro, where he leads technical placements across Jacksonville, Orlando, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Atlanta. He is also the founder of RTR Solutions Group, where he helps job seekers navigate the recruiting process from the inside out.
Randall hosts the PB & Jax Podcast (Pioneers · Builders · Jacksonville), which spotlights the entrepreneurs and builders shaping Northeast Florida, and he co-founded The PB & Jax Foundation, the show's nonprofit arm serving the local community. He serves as Chief Strategy Officer with The Link and holds board appointments with the PS27 Foundation, the JAX Chamber Arlington Council, and the JAX Business Calendar. He was recognized in the Jacksonville Business Journal's 40 Under 40.
